  • Why is my order on backorder?
    Sometimes for reasons beyond our control we seen delays int he delivery of fabric from our suppliers. Rest assured though, once your fabric is received, we are hard at work to get your scrub top to you ASAP!
  • Do you have a physical store?
    No. We are an online store only.
  • Do you do bulk orders?
    Absolutely! Want to get the team together and do a bulk order to save on shipping? You can do this under one person's name online or alternatively, contact us to discuss your needs.
  • I found a fabric print I love - Can you make it into a scrub top for me?
    Sister scrubs is all about bringing out your personality! Found a print we do not stock but you MUST have - contact us and we can discuss getting you into your perfect top!
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Your scrubs will be dispatched within 10 days of ordering. In peak times such as holiday periods or sales, prolonged dispatch times of up to 15 days may be seen. Currently we post through Australia Post. Please refer to their delivery time on the Australia Post website. Items may be tracked on the tracking number provided once dispatched.
  • Are your scrubs true to size?
    Our scrubs are unisex pattern and therefore we think that the scrub tops are a generous fit for those who like a little extra room when working. If you would like to have a more fitted scrub, we suggest that you size down. Under each scrub top listed in our shop is a size chart to support you in finding the most appropriate size scrub top.
